Bookishnetic Return & Exchange Policy

At Bookishnetic, each item is carefully handcrafted and quality-checked before shipping. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following condition:

  • The item received is defective, damaged (product itself), or incorrect

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The correct item was delivered in good condition
  • The issue is due to change of mind or preference
  • The packaging was damaged by the courier, but the item inside remains intact
  • The item has been used, altered, or is not in its original condition

Bookishnetic is not liable for any damages caused by the courier during shipping, including external packaging damage.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange only for eligible cases (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).

 

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned with complete packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Return Shipping Timeframes

Please take note of the following estimated shipping durations for returns or exchanges:

  • Philippines (local orders): 5–7 business days
  • International orders: 30–60 business days

Shipping timelines may vary depending on the courier and destination. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of Bookishnetic’s control.

 

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@bookishnetic.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or incorrect items.

If approved, we will either:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Offer a suitable resolution depending on availability

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union:

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified if your refund is approved or rejected
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
